In Likeinformatica.es we work with real stock, so we guarantee the immediate shipment of your order.

The delivery time is 24/48 working hours from the confirmation of payment for all orders placed before 16:30.

The amount of the shipping costs is € 10 per order, regardless of the number of packages, weight or dimensions of the same. Shipping to peninsula and Balearic Islands.

*In the case of certain items, the shipping rate is € 11.99 and the delivery time is 24/72h. The shipping costs of the televisions is € 19.99 per unit.*

Additional information on transport

The cost of transport will be conveniently indicated on the customer's invoice.

Delivery incidents

If, at the time of delivery of the order, the customer notices breakages in the package, he must indicate this incident on the same delivery note and contact Like Informática to inform of the situation. If the package does not show external damage but when opening it some damage caused by transport is observed, it must be notified in less than 24 hours and send photos of the damaged product to both Like Informática and the transport company, since it considers that, after this period, the merchandise is in perfect condition.

In case of refusing to receive an order, transport costs may be deducted from the amount of the return.

Shipping delays

Like Informatica is not responsible for transport delays caused by:

• Erroneous or incomplete address.

• Absence of the recipient.

• Do not indicate a contact phone number.

• Strikes by transporters.

• Temporary and other circumstances beyond the control of the transport agency and Neobyte.

• Changes of address agreed by the client directly with the agency without communicating them to Neobyte.

• Delays occurred in the transport agency. From Neobyte we will do everything in our power to resolve the incident as quickly as possible, but it is necessary that the carrier locates or gives for lost the merchandise to proceed to the delivery of the material or refund of the money.

In the event that, in an order, there are products with different delivery times, Like Informática will proceed to the shipment when all are available. If the customer wants the products in stock to be sent after confirmation of payment and later the product (or products) that is not available at that time is shipped, he must bear the transport cost generated by the additional shipment.

Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via UPS with tracking number and unsigned delivery.

If you prefer UPS Extra certified shipping, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
